We build every chassis in-house using mandrel-bent 4×2 steel tubing and top-tier components chosen for performance, durability, and fit. Our process is driven by decades of hands-on restoration experience, and it shows in the final product.
Each frame is more than a foundation. It’s a fully custom system designed around your build, whether restoring a first-gen Bronco, modernizing a Wagoneer, or rebuilding an F-100 for performance on and off the road. Suspension, brakes, mounts, and driveline are all built-to-order and crafted to fit any technical parameters.

While national suppliers lock you into fixed packages and long lead times, we offer speed, choice, and craftsmanship without compromise.

Our next examination is the Cooling System. This includes the Radiator and Hoses/Clamps. We flush and replace all items that do not pass our inspection.

The Charging System is the next process. This includes the Battery, Alternator, and all Belts and Ground Straps. We replace these parts AS NEEDED.

No two builds are the same. Our chassis are offered through a clear à la carte model that gives you complete control over what’s included, how it performs, and what it costs.

Base Frame Includes:

• 4X2 mandrel-bent mild steel tubing (optional stainless or aluminum upgrades)
• Welded crossmembers and mounting points
• Bare frame ready for upgrades

Available Add-Ons:

• Suspension: RideTech, FOX, Viking, air-ride or coilover systems
• Braking Systems: Willwood or Bare Brakes, with 12”–14” rotor options
• Drivetrain Mounts: LS, Coyote, HEMI, or model-specific mounts
• Axles: Dana 44, 9-inch, custom rear ends
• Leaf Spring or 4-Link setups
• C-notches and Weld-in Frame Sections (for air-ride or modified clearance builds)
