Now available by The Motor Masters is a 1967 Shelby GT500 Green for sale. You’re looking at a real-deal, full matching 1967 Shelby GT500. These Shelbys have the rare distinction of being the first year for the big block, and the last year to be built in California. This one is a well-known vehicle that you can view as car #2920 in the Shelby Registry, and has 46K actual miles!
Carroll Shelby turned several Mustang fastbacks into a something that was distinctly all his own. There’s just no mistaking the Shelby appearance. The custom fiberglass hood; the functional side scoops; the molded rear deck lid; and the sequential tail lights – it all makes an impressive statement. Nothing is out of place, the Lime Green paint is pristine, and the panel gaps are in excellent condition. It’s even wearing the expensive, and correct, Goodyear Eagle GT Speedway tires. Keep in mind, 1967 was the last year these 1st generation Mustangs were transformed at the Shelby’s own California factory, after that these were coming out of Michigan. So this car really has the history to back it up and does have an unbeatable race-inspired pedigree.
